Loyal Locations is a developing web-based service that matches pet-owning renters with pet-friendly apartment communities. As the website is being developed, two landing pages were created. One is a coming-soon page that targets both pet-owning renters and property managers. The other is a landing page to be sent to property managers that could potentially advertise their apartments with Loyal. These pages were built in Wordpress with the Elementor block editor, and they are accessible and mobile responsive.

Both pages feature a header with a map background, the company logo, and a coming soon graphic. The first fold of the coming soon page has an attention-getting headline and example photo of someone using the upcoming site. Next, there is a short description of the service and a call to action to both property managers and pet-owning renters. Each one has a button that directs them to different forms to sign up for updates.

The purpose of the landing page for property managers is to persuade property managers to sign up to advertise with Loyal before the site is launched. There is a sign-up form at the top of the page, and large, attention-grabbing buttons throughout the page to allow users multiple opportunities to sign up. The page is populated with attractive photos, interesting graphics and icons, persuasive statistics, and fun wordplay to make the site memorable and interesting to potential clients. Overall, the two landing pages offer a visually appealing and informative resource to advertise the upcoming site that is also fun, inviting, and interactive for potential users.
