Three Palms Villa is a luxury vacation rental home in Freeport, Grand Bahama. The following is a designed informational document about the villa, as well as a business card design for the homeowners to promote the home.

The informational document is designed to be placed in a three-ring binder for the renters to read when they get to the home. It contains information, including rules, tips, and guidelines, a floorplan, a letter from the property manager, and information about surrounding restaurants, golf clubs, things to do, and useful services. The cover features a brightly colored panoramic photo of the home with a welcome message and Three Palms logo, enticing the reader to look inside. The inside pages have a clean, simple layout with a white border around the edges so they can be printed on a home printer.

The font Red Hat Display was chosen because of its clean geometry and its attractive uppercase letters, which are used for headings. The color cool periwinkle reminds the reader of the ocean or island sky and represents the comfort of the villa. 75% red was used for important information so that it calls the reader’s attention without clashing with the document’s color scheme. The use of idyllic vacation imagery, thin, clean type, and plenty of white space gives off a feeling of sleek modernity and comfort.

The front of the business card features the Three Palms logo with a cursive tagline and the villa’s location. The back side, in addition to showing the contact information, puts emphasis on the villa’s proximity to the beach by showing a portion of a map with the villa and beach indicated with icons.
