Loyal Locations is a developing web-based service that matches pet-owning renters with pet-friendly apartment communities. Previously, they were a dog-walking service that served apartment communities, and they needed a brand to reflect their new focus. The new Loyal Locations logo uses large, thick type to be easily read on different sized screens. The logo incorporates the new Loyal Locations symbol, a map pin with a simple line drawing of a dog’s head inside. This represents the function of Loyal Locations as a service for pet-owners to search for a new place to call home. The new color scheme represents both modernity and playfulness, with bright colors that are to draw attention to certain UI functions that will be used on the website.

To introduce the new brand, Loyal Locations took part in a trade show. Branded materials including a table cover, standing banners, notepads, and takeaway cards were produced for the trade show. The table cover and standing banners incorporate the Loyal Locations pin symbol placed as if they are pins on a map as a background for the more important information. The notepad contains the logo, ample white space for writing, a relevant photo, a memorable tagline, and easy ways to get in touch, including a qr code to the Loyal Locations website. The takeaway card contains facts and selling points to encourage property managers to advertise with Loyal. It draws attention to the website qr code and uses photographs that drive home Loyal’s pet-centric mission.
